Official Rules

  • Only complete laps will count toward total mileage. The runners will follow a 1.5 mile loop course (USATF certified course) throughout the campground adjacent to the brewery and may run or walk any distance or time up to registered time.
  • Headlamps will be required to have on hand if needed to  run through the night. Reflective tape and/or glow sticks will be placed along the course to help direct runners at night, as well.
  • Runners will be allowed to set up personal supplies at their tent site or their car.
  • Packet Pick-up and Campground check-in for Midnight runners will be on Friday Aug 5, Noon-5pm at Holston River Brewing Company.
  • Saturday morning packet pick-up and check-in must be completed by 7:30am for runners with 8am start.
  • 2 Runners and a crew member can share a tent site providing only one tent and canopy is used.
  • In order to reduce waste and the amount of paper cups. this race will be a minimal cup event. Please plan to bring your own handheld or hydration system to use to get water/electrolyte drinks.
  • There are no refunds on this event.
